"Hilton Reykjavik Nordica can host meetings of up to 650 guests in the main function space and banqueting area. The conference centre contains a total of 11 meetings and function rooms, the majority of which are located on one floor and all make use of natural daylight" MEETING ROOMS Hilton Reykjavik Nordica offers seven meeting rooms and four rooms serve as multifunctional rooms. At its first floor in the heart of the building is the majestic 530m2 conference hall – lavish space that dou- bles as ball room/banqueting suite for big occasions, and outside the room are 440 m2 of pre-function/ exhibition space. On the floor above, there is a separate conference centre, with nine superbly equipped meeting rooms, and two stylish private boardrooms – one with soundproofed phone zone for confidential calls. MEETING ROOM A+B This is our pride – a big and beautiful room for any occasion. The room can seat up to 450 guests ban- quette style, 420 in classroom style and 610 in a standing reception. In this room you can choose wheth- er to use square or round tables and it has a big pre-function area for up to 500 guests, ideal for coffee breaks and other intermissions. The room is a popular choice for both local as well as international gatherings of all kinds, and since it has a spacious booth that can accommodate up to four translators it is ideal for multi-cultural meetings. The rooms are highly suitable for both sitting and standing events and also serve as an excellent ballroom with a wooden dance floor.
