Whales of Iceland is a new exhibit
that has opened in the heart of
Reykjavik's old harbour area.
Close to downtown, this is truly an
otherworldly venue. On display at
Whales of Iceland are 23 life-size
whale models of species found in
Icelandic waters. These range from
one of the smallest marine mammals,
the harbour porpoise, all the way up
to the gigan c blue whale. Wander
amongst these amazing animals
while listening to their dis nc ve
sounds in ambient ligh ng.
