The primary theme in Harpa catering is a new Icelandic cuisine where tradi onal Icelandic dishes are served in an innova ve
way. The menus are seasonal and cooked from the freshest ingredients available according to me of year, many of whom
are plant-based and vegetarian. There is focus on local raw material from suppliers that conduct environmentally responsible
business and emphasis on reducing food waste. All surplus food is donated to charity. A wide selec on of wine, spirits and
beer is offered at the bar where the bartenders prepare drinks as desired.
